When Forbes compiles a list, the entire world rushes to see who made it to the level of world recognition. The latest list by Forbes contains the best employees under each of the US states. Out of 90 companies under consideration from New Jersey, Hard Rock topped the list. The same company also emerged position two as America’s Best Employer in the state of Florida when matched against a total of 100 companies operating in that jurisdiction.
The data was collected from the employees themselves who answered questions to the effect that Forbes managed to convert the data into a rank system. Hardly will employees shy away from providing honest feedback on their employer especially when they are aware that their sentiments will be confidential. For Hard Rock employees and others that get a sense of fulfillment from their work, giving a positive report is easy.
To comb through the data required to rank the companies in this poll, Forbes enlisted the services of Statista, a US firm dealing with market research. The role of Statista in this exercise was to conduct interviews on more than 80,000 who are employees in the respective organizations. To reduce the possibility of bias, all the employees that took part in the survey were asked the same questions; this created a uniform database that can be analyzed for ranking.
The general trend among betting employers in NJ with fewer employees is to build a culture that almost feels like home. Small companies are likely to succeed in this regard. It is no wonder that the survey only considered companies with an employee population of more than 500.
It is a good thing that the research was conducted after the severity of Covid-19 pandemic had been tamed in most parts of the world. The participants were asked to give a rating for their employer on various aspects which were uniform across the board. Even though critics could argue that employees might have answered a certain way for fear of victimization, the opposite could not be further from the truth; the records lacked UPI data to trace back to specific people.
This exercise ran between October 2020 and June 2021 which is the period when raw data was collected. Based on the responses given, the research team narrowed down the raking to only cover the top 1,330 employers as per the referrals made in their favor.
The senior Vice President of Human Resources for Hard Rock International, David Carroll, termed the top rank as an honor to the Hard Rock team. Getting feedback from the employees and having the data verified by Forbes is cause for excitement in the direction that business is headed.
According to Carroll, Hard Rock International places a high value on its customer base. The AC betting brand is committed to cultivating an environment that makes the employee feel valuable to the mission of the business. In all their employee engagement programs, the management of Hard Rock International strives to develop a culture of energy and support. By encouraging employees to build a successful career that fulfills them, they are bound to treat the customer with care.
Not only did Forbes list Hard Rock International as the best employer overall in NJ and CO, but it also named it as the biggest employer of fresh graduates. This is considering the fact that the brand is still ranked as the best company in the category of travel & leisure.
With offices in multiple places around the world, the slightly over 3,000 employees is just an understatement of the many job opportunities that the brand has created. The employees are quite a number and the company is keen on growing its 45,000 members even more. With a focus on career advancement, Hard Rock International is the best employer so far.
